When selecting candidates for a post, as well as building up a psychological profile it is essential to determine their technical capabilities and the extent to which they can apply them in other languages.
In conjunction with the HR or personnel department, we carry out an assessment of the candidates’ language knowledge with a particular job position in mind. The ICL team has carried out specific projects such as recruitment testing for Química Farmacéutica Bayer, Gas Natural, Roca Sanitario and "la Caixa" . The evaluation process includes writing and speaking tests with role-plays and/or simulations, which test not only a candidate’s general knowledge but also all the language skills required for the post in question and his/her ability to react in the foreign language.
