In conjunction with the HR or personnel department, we carry out an assessment of the candidates’ language knowledge with a particular job position in mind.

The evaluation process includes writing and speaking tests with role-plays and/or simulations, which test not only a candidate’s general knowledge but also all the language skills required for the post in question and his/her ability to react in the foreign language.
