OUTSOURCING SERVICES

As Human Resource specialists, we are able to meet the need for our clients to have objective and homogeneous information that can be easily compared and contrasted about the level of language knowledge among employees who attend language classes throughout the whole of Spain.

 

Likewise, we can facilitate the administration and organisation process of all language courses on behalf of HR departments.

  1. Search for and/or review of academic centres throughout Spain
    - Fulfilment of the client’s need to provide its employees with foreign language training, which will allow them to reach the level of language competence required to carry out their professional duties adequately.
    - Approval and subsequent monitoring of student programmes designed by the centre in question.
  2. Monitoring of langauge training / quality control
    - Collaboration with the selected centre and subsequent monitoring of the course method used.
    - Monitoring of student satisfaction.
    - Assessment of student progress through contact with the centre and the student his/herself.
  3. Administration. Carrying out of all administrative and organisational tasks related to employee courses.
  4. Technical support. Standardisation of levels, reports and evaluations presented by the different external centres and other professionals who offer these services.
  5. Financial administration. Combining the different pieces of data requested by the client in a single report to be presented to the Training Department or HR.
