“NEGOTIATIONS IN ENGLISH |
| OBJECTIVE: |
Gain fluency of expression and improve comprehension, learn how to negotiate more confidently and naturally to achieve better results at work. |

Managers and executives from the different departments in the company. |
| DESCRIPTION: |
Practical sessions (“learning by doing”), where linguistic theory is applied in the form of simulations and role-plays. Sessions include video camera recordings and subsequent feedback. |
| CONTENT: |
- Arguing a case
- Presenting a counter argument
- Asking effective questions
- Dealing with conflictive situations
- Differing ways of negotiating according to different cultures
- Putting pressure on and setting out conditions during a negotiation
- Closing a negotiation

| DURATION: |
Minimum of 5 hours, either in a single session or split into two sessions of 2.5 hrs. |
| PARTICIPANTS: |
Maximum of 8 participants per group, with a similar level (from upper intermediate level upwards – level 6 on our scale). |
| TRAINERS: |
Native and fully qualified ICL trainers, all experts in language teaching and aware of the urgency and problems arising from the situation.
