- Opening a meeting.
- Structuring and leading /chairing a meeting.
- Asking for and giving opinions / information.
- Answering tactics
- Interrupting and concluding a point
- Expressing agreement and disagreement
- Taking decisions and summing up

| DURATION: |
Minimum of 5 hours, in a single session or two sessions of 2.5 hrs. |
| PARTICIPANTS: |
Maximum of 8 participants per group, with a similar level (from upper intermediate level upwards – level 6 on our scale). |
| TRAINERS: |
Native and fully qualified ICL trainers, all experts in language teaching and aware of the urgency and problems arising from the situation. |
