| OBJECTIVE: |
Develop the ability to communicate confidently in English at your desk by improving your efficiency on the telephone and in emails. Overcome the feeling of panic when you receive a phone call in English through special strategies and expressions. Practise written English in concise but effective emails with the help of real examples and set expressions. |

| DESCRIPTION: |
Practical sessions (“learning by doing”), where linguistic theory is applied in the form of simulations, role-plays, and short written exercises. Sessions include video camera recordings and subsequent feedback. |

| DURATION: |
Minimum of 5 hours, preferably in two sessions of 2.5 hrs. |

Maximum of 8 participants per group, with a similar level (from low intermediate level upwards – level 3/4 on our scale). |

Native and fully qualified ICL trainers, all experts in language teaching and aware of the urgency and problems arising from the situation. |
