Rebate process for the FTFE
 Fundación Tripartita-Fondo Europeo

The steps that should be taken in order to be able to process the rebates for the courses:

•  Find out how much training credit your company is eligible for. The company’s administrator will be able to do this with the credit-checking permit that he will have at his disposal , presumably without cost.

•  Once the company’s credit is known, the amount of subsidy available can be calculated: If, for example the amount of credit available is €1000 and the cost of the proposed course is €600 then 100% of the course will be subsidised and €400 of credit will remain for further training courses. If, on the other hand instead of €1000, only €500 is available then the course will be subsidised for €500 and the company will have to pay the remaining €100 itself .

•  Although a course is subsidised, the company is still required to pay for it , if there is no expenditure then no subsidy can be received. We, therefore emit an invoice that should be paid in full by the company, regardless of the amount of subsidy it is eligible for. However, at the same time the subsidy is applied for, so that the foundation can check that everything is in order when the students finish the course.

•  When the students finish the course, the last step that the company has to take is to include the amount of subsidy it is eligible for in its social security return in December. This amount is deducted from the total that the company pays to Social Security and as a result there will be a reduction in the amount that it has to pay for that month, this is the real subsidy that the company receives.
